How do I setup my Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) for my company email?

Please use the attached pdf to set up MFA for your company email. 

Office 365 (Multi-Factor Authentication)

via MS Authenticator App

Step 1:

When you try to access your email, there will be a message saying “More information required” for login. Click Next.

Step 2:

A page asking you to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone will open.

Step 3:

Once you have downloaded the app. Click Next

Step 4:

Using your mobile phone again, use the QR code scanner to scan the QR code that appears on your screen.

Step 5:

Your account should be added to the Authenticator app. Click on the account and a code should show up.

Step 6:

Your account should be added to the Authenticator app. Click on the account and a code should show up.

Step 7:

Go to your mobile phone and press APPROVE on the notification.

Step 8:

The page on your computer should update to state that the notification has been approved.

Step 9. Press NEXT.

Step 10. A Success! message should now appear.

Step 11. Click Done.
