CB CHARGE CLIENTS

- When a (CB Charge) client needs a vehicle serviced, they will call you or let you know when you stop by their facility for your monthly follow-up.
- If you have arranged to pick up their vehicles for them, pick up the vehicle by Lyfting one of your staff to their location. If not they will just drop it off.
- Build the estimate in Shopboss.
- Email / call your authorizing person with the estimate.
- Upon authorization, complete the job.
- The vehicle can now be delivered. Once your staff member delivers the vehicle, Lyft them back to your shop.
- Log into https://portal.cbcharge.com/Home/Login.
- You would have received your login/password from Corporate. Search CB Charge in your Inbox.
- When logged in, hit the “Authorization Request” tab.
- Find your client from the list and hit “Authorize” on the right hand side.
- Plug in the required info and hit “Request”
- If your client doesn’t require a specific PO#, enter the license plate of the vehicle.
- Go through the prompts and then hit “Work Complete”, “Pay Me”
- Your accounting team will be paid within 24 hours.
- You can now close the RO in Shopboss.
- Click “Close RO”
- Click “Collect Payment”
- Click “Other Payment Types”
- Select “How Paid”
- Select “CB Charge”
