Clear Cookies and Cache from Google

Open Google Chrome and go to "Settings" Or you can copy and paste this link into your browser's address bar: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Then Click on "Privacy and security"

In the middle of the page click "Clear Browsing Data"

At the top of the pop up, make sure "7 Days" is selected in the "Time Range"

Make sure that "Clear cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" have a checkmark in the check box.

Now Click the radio button "Clear data"

**This part is Key**

Once the data is cleared, you will need to "RESTART" your pc. DO NOT CLICK "SHUTDOWN. "

Restarting the PC will clear data from the computer's RAM. Shutting down the PC will not.
