  • 1) Enterprise (877-233-5338), Element (1-800-654-3428), Donlen (800-323-1483 option 2), GSA, Fleetio (1 (800) 975-5304), Merchants Fleet (877-870-4999) and many others are processed through Auto Integrate (833)-231-6181).
  • To get signed up as an approved Auto Integrate user, you must have a client in one of the above fleet management companies wanting you to be their fleet maintenance.
  • When you have a company ready to use you, email fleet@driveautomotiveservices.com , to get approved.
    • This may take up to a week because we have to get a Certificate of Insurance drawn up.
  • When approved and an Auto Integrate client needs a vehicle serviced, they will call you or let you know when you stop by their school for your monthly follow-up.
  • Pick up the vehicle by Lyfting one of your staff to their location.
  • When the vehicle arrives to your shop, do a quick PMI and diagnose any issues so you know what needs to be built in your estimate.
  • Build your estimate in Shopboss.
  • 8) Through the https://www.autointegrate.com/ portal, you will build a similar ticket to be approved through the fleet management company.
  • 9) When the estimate is approved through Auto Integrate, you will receive an email.
    • a) Sometimes you will need to make adjustment to the parts margin or labor which you will need to do before receiving authorization from Auto Integrate.
  • 10) Complete the authorized work.
  • Deliver the vehicle back to the school and Lyft your driver back to your store.
  • All Auto Integrate accounts are Net30 set up internally. You can close the RO in Shopboss by making sure the mileage is correct, and then hit the “Close RO” tab in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
  • To help our accounting team, look at your “Accounts Receivable” report weekly to make sure your Net30 accounts are paying you.
  • To run this report, hit the AP/AR tab (lower / left hand corner) of your WIP.
  • Hit the receivable tab.  This will show all your Net30 account that still owes you money. If an account hits 35 days, look into where the check is from your client.  Most of the time, payment will be in the shop's email inbox.
  • Merchants Fleet is a little different where when work is complete, you must send the invoice as a PDF to FMFAXCREDITCARD@MERCHANTSFLEET.COM
