1 - ARI / HOLMAN (PARTNER CONNECT) CLIENTS

- ARI / Holman (1-866-274-1025) is a fleet management company that has their own portal https://partnerconnect.holman.com/login .
- You can get your shop signed up with ARI / Holman by asking your fleet customer to call ARI / Holman and ask them for a "one time refferal code.
- With this code all you have to do is go to the above website, scroll down, and hit "Recently enrolled? Register Here".
- Enter the code you received from your client to "ID Issued by Holman", leave the social security number blank and enter your tax ID number where it says "Employer ID no.".
- You can find your tax ID number on your W9.
- Creat and confirm your password and then you’re are in.

- When a ARI / Holman client needs a vehicle serviced, they will call you or let you know when you stop by their school for your monthly follow-up.
- Pick up the vehicle by Lyfting one of your staff to their location.
- When the vehicle arrives to your shop, do a quick PMI and diagnose any issues so you know what needs to be built in your estimate.
- Build your estimate in Shopboss.
- 8) Through the https://partnerconnect.holman.com/login portal, you will build a similar ticket to be approved.
- 9) When the estimate is approved through Partner Connect, you will receive an email.
- a) Sometimes you will need to make adjustment to the parts margin or labor which you will need to do before receiving authorization from Auto Integrate.
- 10) Complete the authorized work.
- Deliver the vehicle back to the school and Lyft your driver back to your store.
- All ARI / Holman accounts are Net30 set up internally. You can close the RO in Shopboss by making sure the mileage is correct, and then hit the “Close RO” tab in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
- To help our accounting team, look at your “Accounts Receivable” report weekly to make sure your Net30 accounts are paying you.
- To run this report, hit the AP/AR tab (lower / left hand corner) of your WIP.
- Hit the receivable tab.
- This will show all your Net30 account that still owes you money. If an account hits 35 days, look into where the check is from your client.
