Type in your information. (Normally GM)
Choose your error type. (My report has an error)
Address. (Use the shop's address)
Vehicle information. (Type the customer vehicle info)
Inquiry Details. Enter the Date, problem, you got your Carfax report from the dealership.
When you explain in detail list the customer’s name and address.
Explain you are the shop that submitted the inaccurate report and request an update to the records.
Provide a copy of the RO’s with the updated info listed
