Frequently Asked Question

First make sure OpenVPN is running in the windows tray on the bottom right.

If it is not running click the start menu and type open into the search and run it.  Now it should be running in the system tray.

Right click the icon and click connect.

A new window should open. Enter your username and password provided by IT
