To reset Google Chrome, Click on the 3 vertical dots on the far right hand side, and then click "Settings".

On the left hand menu, click "Reset Settings" and then " Restore Settings to their original defaults".

In the popup menu click "Reset settings"

Finally, close all open instances of Google Chrome and then re-open.
